I have never liked to practice sports.When we don’t exercise we often feel guilty for neglecting our body.
The Art of Chi and the practice Chi Kong and Tai Chi; which are considered preventive medicine; have taught me, that what is really important for the body, is the free flow of energy through it.
When we are stressed or tensed, we are blocking the flow.

This video presents easy exercises to open up the flow of energy through your body.
If once in a while, you would remember to get off the computer and practice just a few minutes of these movements, your body would be grateful to you
